Don't know exactly what I want to study in college but engineering is my primary interest in high school. I like hands-on building projects and experiments. We have a really good engineering stem program at Yucaipa HS. I am in ASB at the school and am involved in a lot of decision making for events on campus and in how money is spent. I'm primarily a basketball player but this year have taken on water polo as a second sport. Basketball and water polo, along with ASB and classwork keep me very busy. We practice water polo at 5:30 AM and 1:45 PM each day and basketball at 5:30 PM. My Dad says the Air Force Academy would be a good place for me because the engineering program there is outstanding and an AF degree sets you up for life. I want go to a good school where I can play ball, get a good education, and not be in debt when I graduate. Don't know if that is possible, but it's a goal. Small colleges offer a lot of advantages with low class sizes and personal attention from teachers. I am a serious student and feel I can be successful in many different environments.
