Being a basketball player who has been through it all, the ups and the downs the highs and lows. I’ve learned the game is way more about skill and putting a ball in a hoop. It’s about camaraderie, teamwork, being coachable, always willing to learn something new and most importantly adversity. Pushing through whatever battle your going through head first. I thrive in an environment where everyone works together pushing each other towards a common goal.
A physical trait about me that translates so well on the court is how extremely competitive and driven to succeed I am. I take pride in anything and everything I do not only pushing myself to my fullest abilities but everyone around me as well. On and off the court.
Honestly speaking I’m in love with everything about the game. From the late nights crying In the gym alone, to the moments we pray for on that big stage. This is the dream I’ve been loosing sleep over for 18 years if my life. Basketball has been the light to my life, the thing that has made me smile when I thought nothing could. I truly believe my love and passion for the game is what’s going to take me further than all my competitors.
My goal is to continue giving my sweat and tears to this game, but more importantly contribute to a family and be apart of one at the college level. I’m eager for any opportunity and will run away with it.
