I am a multi-sport athlete, but my number one passion is basketball. I've been playing basketball since 3rd grade, and I've wanted to pursue it at the collegiate level since then. The highlight of my high school career up to this point has been my entire junior year. Transitioning from a bench player getting negligible minutes my sophomore year to a key player in my team's success has taught me a lot about the game and who I am as an athlete.
I'm a strong finisher with either hand around the rim, going up strong and through contact. I am a very coachable player, and I take constructive criticism well. I can fill any role I'm needed to help my team succeed. I played the majority of my junior year coming off the bench, putting up strong numbers and doing my part to help my team win. My work ethic is strong, and I'm willing to put in the effort to achieve success. I perform well academically I work hard to succeed in school. I want to finish high school being top 10 in my class, and continue to pursue academic excellence in college. My goal every day is to outwork my competitor, both on the court and in the classroom.
