On the court, I am a high-motor guard. I am a confident and high volume 3pt shooter who can get open in a variety of ways. Paired along with good vision and IQ on the court, the ability to attack of the P&R, and an overall emphasis on the intangibles. I can play both the point guard position where I have grown at over the season. I can confidently command the floor on both ends, work in the P&R, and find my teammates for open looks. As well as the shooting guard position where I space the floor with my shooting ability, shoot teams out of zone defenses, and run hard in transition. I do not shy from communicating at all times, taking charges, and diving on the floor for loose balls. I pride myself on my work ethic. I do not workout, I out work. strive to be the hardest worker at all times, always learning and growing. I am a very coachable player too, and give 100% to the team bringing high energy and leadership atop of my skills at all times.
Off the court, I want to be the best student and man I can be, similar to my drive to be the best player I can be. I am dedicated to basketball, but also my studies, academics, and life as apart of the community around me. I am engaged and active in the classroom as I am on the court. Now at Saint Anselm's Abbey School, the #7 ranked academic all boys school in the nation, but previously at Georgetown Prep, where I was awarded with Academic First Honors in the third quarter, Academic Dean's List in the following fourth quarter of my freshman year and achieved Academic First Honors in the second quarter of my sophomore year while maintaining a 93/100 GPA. I currently hold a 3.5 unweighted GPA. I am an active member in the community around me as well. I am a captain of the Best Buddies chapter, along with continuing leadership training. I do service for a program called Reading Partners, where I help to tutor elementary school students on reading and writing. As well as I serve as an altar server and usher at my local Catholic Church, along with volunteering for many charitable acts including work in a food drive and food kitchens.
I work to compete at the a collegiate level in an environment that will push me and allow me to thrive athletically and academically.
