Calvin Long '12 Recruiting Profile

My life goals, dreams, and aspirations are to be successful in something I love doing, and basketball is what i love.  I have been playing for the majority of my life and I'm not ready to hang it up yet.  The countless hours I work in the gym are not regretted.  I'm motivated to be the best athlete and person that I can be.  Basketball is something I cherish but I know that I cannot play it forever.   I believe that this skill, talent, and devotion that I have for this game can  be an avenue to pay for my college education.  I recognize that obtaining a degree is critical and essential for my life after basketball.  I am a focused individual and I want to have a college degree.   I believe that I would be an excellent student-athlete.  I am more than capable of playing at the next level.
