My main goal coming out of high school is to find the best college or university to continue both my athletic and academic aspirations. Academically, I pride myself on keeping my GPA as close to a 4.0 as I can while taking all honors and AP courses. My goal once I get into college, is to graduate and earn my college degree in a field of either business, sports medicine and marketing, or architecture. From an athletics standpoint, I want to be in a highly competitive situation that will make me a better player and allow my game to expand. My family is familiar with the recruiting process and playing at the collegiate level. My grandfather played basketball under coach Norm Sloan at North Carolina State University in the late 1960's , my dad played basketball at Pensacola Jr. College in Florida from 1984 to 1985 and at Union University in Tennessee from 1986 to 1989, and my uncle played one year of basketball at Reinhardt University in Georgia in 1992. I feel these connections and experiences my family members have had separates me from other student athletes because they know what it takes to play at the next level. Along with this knowledge and my dedication to constantly improving I believe that I would be a great fit into many different programs across the country.
