I am a hard-working, determined and highly competitive athlete. I enjoy the daily discipline of working on fundamentals, conditioning and consistently improving my skills to standout compared to others while playing basketball.
An immediate goal is working towards being able to participate in the men's basketball program in college. If given the opportunity, I shall aim to show heart and hustle whiles playing the sport I love. I strongly believe the energy and hustle I bring to teams make me a great candidate to play for a college team.
Although, I realize that being highly skillful is great but without hustle or passion for the game of basketball equates to not being the best player one can be which is why I always choose to play with lots of passion and vigor.
I am also a fast learner, able to pick up on things fairly quickly and adapt to changes which are very important skills when it comes to playing ball. Player ability to adapt or adopt plays during games can be determining factors on whether the team loses or wins the game.
One quality that differentiates me from others is having a "never quit" mentality. I've faced many game losses throughout my playing career but rather than quit or give up on the sport, as some teammates have, I instead see those loses as opportunities to grow and learn.
However, whether win or lose, in every game, I find there is experience gained and find myself always coming back stronger, tougher and better conditioned for the next game.
