Basketball is my passion. I consider it to be a huge part of my life. The happiest moment in my basketball journey would be, my team and I winning the State Championship in Georgia. I have attained many great qualities that would make me a strong asset to any team. I have been playing basketball pop warner since the age of four, but have always carried around and bounced my little basketball since I could walk. I have played basketball in many leagues growing up that have made me learn and grow.
Since starting out with Pop Warner, I then moved on to Recreational Basketball for the cities and counties. Then came middle school basketball. I have taught myself to lock in and stay focused on and off the court. I have remained disciplined and coachable. I always strive to be the best I can be and while doing so, I have fun.
The qualities that I possess are self-discipline, good character, sportsmanship, a team player, and a positive attitude. I am self-disciplined to condition and train daily on my own. It helps me to improve as an athlete and contribute more to my team. I am ready for it all. I am the youngest out of 8 children. My dad (deceased) had 4 girls and 3 boys including me. My mom has my older brother and myself. Right now, it's just my mom and I am grateful for her push while being on disability. Financial assistance is a need for me going to school. I am looking at my major being Math/Business.
I am looking forward to finding a college that fits me and that will allow me to have a well-rounded experience and education. I am excited to live out my life-long dream from freshman on up at the highest competition level possible.
