January 8, 2016
My name is Alika Alip from Honoka’a, Hawaii and I am writing to you because of my interest in playing basketball. I currently play basketball at Treasure Valley Community College in Ontario, Oregon. In 2013-2014, our basketball team qualified for the NWACC tournament and captured the consolation championship. I feel that I was a contributing factor in the tournament as a point guard/guard and I was truly ecstatic for having the opportunity to be a part of this tournament. As my third year at TVCC is coming to an end, I am again looking for an opportunity to advance myself academically and athletically. Our season will begin this weekend as we travel to Walla Walla Community College. I hope you will be able to see me play. Most of the away games are livestreamed as are all of our home games. Our schedule for the season is as listed on our TVCC website.
