I started playing organized basketball in 7th grade. The year before I didn't make the team and most of my friends did. I was upset and I knew that if I worked hard the whole summer I would be able to make the team the next year. So all summer I trained with my dad and became a good basketball player. I made the team the next year but at the beginning of the year I didn't get much time because our 6 man rotation were all 8th graders and they were pretty good, of course I knew I was better but I don't think our coach thought that. Anyways as the season went on I started to get more time. After a game at the Mile Davis tournament were I hit the game winning shot and had a good scoring game the coach started to see potential in me. After that I became six man for the remainder of the season and every game I produced and our team went undefeated. We went far into the playoffs into Super Sectionals but unfortunately loosing to Mazes grammar school. The season was over and for most of the eight graders it was their last chance playing basketball. But for me it was only the beginning of my journey to be the greatest. In eight grade I was the man on the team I averaged 21 points throughout the season. Playing so well eventually a lot of high school coaches wanted me to come to their schools. I wanted to go somewhere were I could play my game and show my talents. So I chose King College Prep. I have been playing really well at king. The coach labeled me the most athletic person on the team. This will be my Senior year and I'm looking foward to making it my best year, so that I can attend a good college were I can help a college team win multiple basketball championships. My goal after college would be to play Professional basketball and I will work as hard as possible to prepare myself. I will work harder than anyone.
