Hello, My name is Eryick P.J Knight class of 2019 PG/SG (6’0 Guard). Most people refer to me or call me E for short or a nickname. I am capable of playing anywhere from point guard to shooting guard when on the basketball court. I am considered mainly as a Point Guard because of my extreme ability of handling the ball, outstanding court vision, and my ability to create plays, and get my teammates on the board first. Furthermore on other occasions I can also play the role as a shooting guard due to my ability to shoot midrange jump shots, and quick release, and my extreme ability to attack the basket.
My number one and primary goal is to earn and academic/ or academic scholarship to play basketball at the next level, which is college. If and when given the opportunity will I play on pursuing in taking great advantage of the best option suitable for me. I’d also be considering and open to any schools with great Academics first, of any level whether it is D1, D2, D3, or even NAIA. While in college I plan on investing in a career of becoming a pediatrician/pharmacist/Businessman. With that being said I would love to showcase my talent if presented the opportunity to compete at any basketball professional level.
I am a like able and good player for any college program because I am hardworking all the time, great leader, coach able, my grades are always an A or a B and I really do not like to settle for anything else , I love motivating my teammates, never on any eligibility list, and also never have trouble with my teachers. As a kid my parents always taught me that my character says a lot about myself, and I always took that into consideration while playing with a chip on my shoulder and always having a killer instinct on the court, where I just want to kill and dominate my opponent at all costs. With that being said I believe my character stands out than others, because I have always be taught to treat others with respect to receive respect especially elders. I consistently bring home A’s and B’s when in school, and am making the honor roll either once or twice a year. On the basketball court I am a very high energetic person who loves to motivate his teammates when they are down. I myself am very humble person who has an outstanding IQ, and will do everything to win a game. I am also a very intense play who likes scoring the ball, and defending as hard as I can. My favorite thing about basketball is knowing that my teammates and I gave it all we had, and also the word “Together” as my AAU coach taught me. I am very thankful for God blessings me with the gift of basketball, and I am really looking forward to to being a great contributor and make a extreme difference for any college program no matter the level. In closing I would would be proud to become apart of any college team interested in me. Thank you for taking the time to learn and get to know me a lot better, and I pray that you found what you where looking for from me.
Sincerely, Eryick Knight
