My goals and aspirations are to attend a college where I can be an asset to not only the school, but for the school to help assist me in reaching my long term dreams after college. Being a student athlete, my long term life goal is to play collegiate basketball, and ultimately reach the NBA. I have the mindset and the drive that I feel achieving my dreams are attainable. However, I am a student first and foremost, and take pride in knowing that I can succeed in life in whatever career path destiny has aligned for me.
My humbleness on and off the court, along with my strong academics makes me a great candidate for your University. Some of my favorite studies are History and Sports Management. With History, there is always something to learn, and share what I've learned with others. Studying different historical events that has happened in the past is very insightful. The world has come a long way, yet we still have so far to go to become a better world. Where most may find History class boring, I find it interesting. My other favorite class is Sports Management. Being in sports since the age of 5yrs old, I pretty much enjoy anything sports related and have a passion for the sports industry. I will probably have a double major in college, but one major will be Physical Therapy. I find helping people heal from injuries to be rewarding.
What makes me different than most players is that, I can be a floor general. I can make good quick decisions on the court instinctively, I'm an unselfish player, and I'm easily coached. I have love for the game, and the brotherhood that is formed with my teammates.
The things that make me different from anyone else academically, is that I work hard in the classroom and I'm not easily distracted. There's a lot of peer pressure in school. I'm not a follower, and I'm not easily influenced to do something that I don't want to do.
I put my best foot forward in everything I do. There won't be any regret with recruiting me to your University.
