The one word that defines me is “competition.” I am a three-sport athlete and I enjoying competing against other teams, but I have also enjoyed competing for my positions on those teams. As a freshman this year I ran varsity cross-county. After our first meet I finished 14thon our team. At our conference meet I finished fourth on our team and was able to run on the sectional team and earn a varsity letter. It is this same competitive drive that helps me excel in the classroom. My academic goal for high school is to finish number one in my class and be the 2021 Valedictorian.
I am looking for a collegiate program that will be a good fit for me academically as well as athletically. I believe I have the basketball talent and knowledge to compete for a college team along with the leadership skills and work ethic to make an impact on a collegiate program immediately. I know I have what it takes to be a student-athlete and a leader on your team.

You get nominated by teachers throughout the school and are chosen because of your academic success and leadership characteristics.
