I am a 5ft 11 in point guard that takes care of the ball well. My assist to turnover ratio is about 3:1. I can play on the ball as well as starting off the ball. My shooting stats this year have not been a good representation of how well i can shoot. I have had a rough year but I have been putting in the work to fix my shot and adjust as my body grows and it is beginning to look better again.
The things that I care about most are the parts of the game that do not show up in the box score. Such as, leadership, hustle plays, pride in defense, as well as putting the team and winning above my own stats. I do want to put up good numbers, but winning is what the game is ultimately played for, and I will do whatever it takes to get that for my team.
I like to get in the gym in my off days as well as show up early to practice and to stay late afterwards to get extra shots up. When I go to the gym, I like to spend some of my days just working on my game, and some using the Dr. Dish to work on my shot and critique it so that it is the best that it can be. I am also in the weight room 3 days a week through my school's lifting program, as well as on my own sometimes.
