My love for basketball came at a young age and stemmed primarily from my dad. He played in college and introduced me to the game and fundamentals. As I’ve grown older, the love of the game instilled in me by my dad turned into my own. I discovered the importance of teammates, hard work and perseverance.
To those exploring my abilities from a recruiting standpoint; I am a strong, versatile, 4 sport athlete with a great basketball I.Q. I have dedicated time to improving my game through playing AAU, training sessions, camps, and weight training. I handle the ball well, rebound effectively, and score as a strong outside and midrange shooter. I am a disciplined, coachable athlete. I am a leader on and off the court. One of my greatest assets is my love for my team and taking on whichever role will help us succeed. I am a selfless, strong player, and a college team would benefit from my skills.
My future goal is to attend a college or university that fits my skills and continue working at a high level. I want to play basketball for a competitive team as well as work for a degree in exercise science. To reach my goals I will need to continue to maintain my strong GPA while balancing the many activities I am involved in. I will sustain my dedication to basketball by participating in future camps, AAU, school teams, weight training and independent skills practice.
