Getting second in the Kansas state basketball championship my Freshman year has been the craziest part of my highschool career so far. However, I think that I developed to become a better overall athlete my sophomore year as I had to become one of our top offensive and defensive producers of the team. We ended up getting 3rd place at state my sophomore year which was good on giving me experience at a high level of competition and allowing me to progress as much as I could before my junior year begins.
I have been blessed to be a player of one of the best coaches that I know. In the 2 state appearances that I have been through and the 2 seasons I have played and got so close to bringing home the championship I have learned to have a lot of dedication to the team, teamwork, very good work ethic, and just overall has helped me develop into a better athlete. Not only am I looking for a good program for my athletics in the future but aslo schooling. Personally I think I will be able to play at the next level in college, not only do I think I have the talent to play at the next level but I believe I will also be able to impact the team that I play on with good work ethic, leadership, and being an overall good player to have on the team.
