Hi, my name is Brent Hicks. I have been playing basketball ever since I was about 5 years old. I didn’t play on my first basketball team in till my 7th grade year due to my doctors not approving me to play on a team till my Junior High years. I suffer from a bleeding disorder called Hemophilia A severe. I have over come my disorder the last couple of years due to my medicine working extremely well. I think me having a bleeding disorder sets me apart from everyone else because it strives me to work harder everyday to become the best I can be.
