I’ve been playing basketball since age 5. I started playing with Parks and Recreation which helped me develop skills. I’m a shooting guard/power forward for Prince George Chargers Junior Varsity Basketball team.
My position I play for the coach is the 2, 3, 4 and sometimes 1 depending on my coaches need at the time. I’d enjoy carrying on playing basketball at any level and attain a Doctorate Degree in dental surgery or dental medicine. In doing so, I focus strongly on gaining my skills in communication, being detail-oriented, leadership, having patience, and having the ability to problem-solve. These skills, I can apply in my basketball career, college career and my everyday life. I’m currently obtaining my Eagle Scout from Boys Scout's current rank Life.
In addition to having good ballhandling skills and shooting skills, I take feedback and direction well from coaches. I’ve always put a high standard on my academics, while pursuing and excelling at my passion for basketball. Playing in college is one of my dreams and I have a passion for the game. I make every effort to be a good leader on and off the basketball court by maintaining good grades and having relationships with others along with continuing my community service.
I am always looking to improve my basketball IQ skills even outside of team practice, by going to the gym regularly, working with personal trainers or just enjoy playing some pick-up games, lifting weights, or practicing drills by myself. I have a good sense of humor with my friends but on the court, I have a competitive edge and push myself and my teammates to be the always we can be.
