Christopher Baker '09 Recruiting Profile

I am a senior and I realize I have started this recruiting process late, but I still want to pursue playing competitive athletics and am open to explore opportunities.Even though I have a 2.2 G.P.A I have come to realize that your academics stay with you your whole life and I am determined to work hard to keep my academic grades up in college to show that I am a matured adult. Also I am determined not only about my grades which are the most important but also about basketball. There are so many goals that I want to accomplish in college and I know I will only get there by keeping my grades up in school and practicing hard on the court. I am looking for a college where I can obtain a degree in the business field. Although I live in Columbia, Maryland, I am open to exploring schools all over because I have family living everywhere. Not only would I like to play any division of organized basketball but I would like to have an opportunity to show how well of a basketball player I am. I guarantee that any college that will give me the opportunity to play for them I will not let the School or Coaches or the Teachers in the classroom down. Also my other stats from my junior year also include me leading Howard County in steals per game with 3.9 and not only that but I was ranked in the top 10 of every statistical category, fifth in blocked shot with 1.8, eighth in 3 point field goals made with 42, tenth in rebounding with 6.8 per game, and eleventh in assists with 3.1 per game.
