Tyler Collins '20 Recruiting Profile

Hi.  I am Tyler Collins, and I am a rising senior at the Mclean School of Maryland. I am 6'3 and 170 lbs.  I have been playing basketball since I was in the first grade, and over the years, it has become one of the biggest parts of my life.  It has provided a structure to my life while also teaching me valuable lessons on and off the court. Through these lessons, I believe I’ve acquired character traits that separate me from others. I believe that my work ethic as well as desire to win set me apart.  On the court I do what my team needs of me game to game, matchup by matchup.  I love the game and that is why I am looking to extend my playing time to the collegiate level.  I hope to play for a school that sets me up to improve and succeed as a basketball player, a student, and a man.  My ultimate goal is to be the best athlete and student that I can be through hard work.  I hope that I can be considered as a strong candidate for your program.
