2023 Highlights Personal Statement
I am a 6'7" combo guard/forward. As a senior at Wootton High School, I am a team captain and starter for our Varsity basketball team. I competed in the UA RISE circuit during the off season. I am a team player who is known for being an excellent shooter with a high level basketball IQ and diverse skill set. In high school I learned to balance year-round athletics, with demanding academic course loads, working over the summers, community service, and heavy family responsibilities. Learning to balance responsibilities while committed to basketball are skills that will help me adapt to college and be a dependable, coachable and hungry player on a team. My goals are to bring my work ethic, basketball passion, and leadership skills to a college team to grow as a player while earning a business degree that specializes in sport management and builds a long-term career in the world of sports.
