Saket Narayanan '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Saket Narayanan and I am from Acton, MA. I will be finishing my coursework in June 2024 and plan to attend university in the Fall of 2024. 

At this stage in life, I aspire to study Business with a focus on entrepreneurship and film/media. Currently, I run a sports-focused videography and photography company in the New England Region called 617 Media, named after Boston's area code. I’ve been fortunate enough to film elite athletes, teams, organizations, and institutions and capture their poster dunks, game-winners, ankle breakers, and big interceptions. I feel as though UChicago and its top-tier business and entrepreneurship program would best prepare me for the next level as not only an athlete but also an entrepreneur and videographer/photographer. 

As importantly, I am a committed athlete. I am currently 6’2”, 165lbs, and am a combo guard for Acton-Boxborough high school's basketball team. I also play AAU for OBF, a team based in central MA. This past high school season, I averaged 10 points, 5 rebounds, 2 steals, and 4 assists per game. Along with that, I was named Senior Captain for the next years season. During AAU I am averaging 16 points, 6 rebounds, and 5 assists per game.
