My name is Jack Mahan, class of 2026. I am a shooting guard for Bristol Aggie Agricultural High School and have been playing my whole life. I love the game and I am always willing to work hard and put in the time and effort. I strive to be the best I can be by training or watching basketball study. My main goals and aspirations are to keep working hard, keep learning about the sport I love and how I can improve, and someday play at a college level. I always bring my best energy to practice or games and always put in my best efforts. I am a very positive teammate, always willing to help in any way that I can. Some of my accomplishments aside from sports are my leadership qualities, excellent grades, I am very responsible and kind, and lastly, I bring my best energy towards anything in the classroom or gym. Playing basketball has taught me so much and has helped me in so many ways. Firstly it helps my physical/mental health every day, it has taught me that anything is possible and I’m very motivated to improve at basketball. I am highly motivated. The only thing on my mind is basketball. I don’t need to be the highest-scoring player, I just want to learn how to improve and get better and better so I can bring my skills to the next level. It would be a dream come true to play basketball at any college level, and I’m determined and motivated to get there.
