2021 Spotlight Personal Statement
In College, I want to be a leader who competes at a high level, with the goal of winning in mind. I want to make my teammates as well as myself constantly better. As young as a Sophomore, I was the captain of both the Cross Country and Basketball teams, where I learned how to grow as a vocal leader. Beyond this, even being a late bloomer does not derail me from continuing to grind every chance I get. As I continue to grow physically and mentally I'll take everything I do to heart and work very hard to achieve my goals. Adding on, I strive to make myself a better human being every day both in the classroom, in athletics, and in life.
