My goal is to play college basketball somewhere where I can also get a very good education. I put school first in my life knowing that basketball will end and I want to be able to still succeed when it does. I also value my faith, family and friends very high in my life. I love listening to anyone that can help me improve as a person and will take whatever advice I can get. I am always open to what coaches have to say, even if I don't always like it.
I've already had two season ending knee surgeries before my sophomore season and know what it is like to have it all torn away and have to restart. This has impacted how I play tremendously and has opened my eyes and made me see that I can't play forever so I need to go hard every play that I have. As a basketball player my biggest strength is my work ethic. Nothing has ever been handed to me, I worked hard for it. One of the things that makes me work so hard is I see where I have come from to where I am today and I use that to motivate me to get even better each day. Basketball is my passion but not my everything and I work my butt off for it.
