I just completed my junior year at Ste. Genevieve High School in MO. I was enrolled in four College Prep classes: English III (SLU 1818 credit), Spanish IV, American History (SLU 1818 credit), and Pre-Calculus/Trigonometry . I have a 3.53GPA with a weighted GPA of 3.74. I am part of the Future Farmers of America (FFA) Ste. Genevieve Chapter. I went to the Missouri State FFA convention. I was just awarded with the Ste. Genevieve Academic Award for Spanish. I received Magna Cum Laude first semester 2021. I received Cum Laude at the end of sophmore year.
I have been playing basketball since the second grade. I played in the AAU league from second grade to sixth grade. I then played in middle school. I was injured in the summer of 8th grade into freshman year with a stress fracture. I was determined to play on Varsity and attended physical therapy two to three times a week and achieved that goal. I also attended extra practices (at my request). I always go early to practice and stay late. Entering into my freshman year, I made the Varsity team as a starter. My sophomore year I was a starter again. I truly love the game. My high school held a Dragon Fire program that was geared for elementary grades for them to learn basketball skills. I volunteered about 48 hours to help in this program. training sessions with Fred Garmon from Dig Deep Basketball. I have gained more confidence and will apply those skills to my game. This year I chose to take a Body Conditioning class through school to help improve my strength and cardio. As a junior this year, I took a big step in the off-season becoming a three-level scorer. I am currently playing for two traveling teams: Semo-Select coached by Austin Birmingham and 34 Hoops coached by Dalien Parks. I have been personal training with one of the coaches at Ste.Gen as well as Fred Garmon. This year I averaged 12.9ppg, 2rbs, 2ast, and 1.5 stls. I took over first place in career three point percentage of 38%. I have a total of 938 points currently with a goal of hitting the 1000 mark my senior year. I am also helped with the Dragon Fire program again this year as I want to help the young ballers to see how dedicated you have to be to be successful.
Other interests that I have include working on cars, playing with my animals, and spending time with my friends. I enjoy doing outside work as it disciplines me. In addition to the above, I work as a farmhand for River Diving and Salvage.
