This year for basketball has taught me to be less stressed and to be more calm as others get angry. Ending the season with a 12-13 record is not at all what I wanted but has made me a better basketball player with every loss I got. Being able to play Varsity as a Freshman shows that I am willing to step up and take the challenge my team is put up against. When I was put in, I went for every 50-50 ball there was cause I wanted it more than anyone else on my team. I believe I have the potential to be student-athlete in college.
