I was taught that hard work and dedication pays off. My goal is to use basketball as a tool to attend a university or college and get my bachelor’s. I listen to my coach to understand what is needed. Basketball is a team game and if players can not follow the direction of their leader, they will not succeed. I want to give my all athletically and academically. I want to have no regrets when I look back on my years in college. That means giving my best in the classroom and on the court. If a coach has the confidence in me as an athlete, I plan to show that coach he made the right choice.
