My name is David Forzani starting point guard for Sussex community college. I’ve learned through my parents that with hard work and dedication I'll be able to accomplish my goals as long as I keep my eyes on the prize of success.
I’m currently a freshman at Sussex community college a 2 year Juco in New Jersey; The best thing I love about myself and my game is that I'm willing to take any challenge that comes my way, even if it means guarding their best player; I'm on task and will work hard on defense to prevent him to score. For many, height may be a challenge, however, it’s the contrary in my perspective because I use it as an advantage. I don’t allow it to faze me because I know I will outwork and push myself to the limits. Another important key detail in my game is I am a pass first guard.
As a captain of the team I enjoy involving my teammates in the game; seeing them happy while competing brings joy and satisfaction. Scoring for me can come whenever the coach likes, explosive guard with quick instincts that can do a variety of moves to score.
Overall, I consider myself a hard worker, teachable and eager to perfect my skills set in becoming a better basketball player; I am willing to continue to work hard to demonstrate to any coach that I have what it takes; I love and respect the game.
