As I am entering a new stage in my life which is high school I've learned that what I want to become a basketball player. Now that I'm entering the high school atmosphere I'm looking forward to continue growing in basketball and show what I can bring to a team. Basketball to me is life it keeps me going. Although I'm just entering high school this year I know that with my basketball skills skill I can be a benefit to my high school and in the future into any college that is interested in me because I am a combo guard, am able to encourage the team, like the saying goes team work makes the dream work. Looking back to when I first started playing basketball in the 5th grade compared to now I've grown to become a better basketball player. My basketball coach from this year told me exactly this:
"I've seen you grow into a great basketball player from when I first met you up to know you have surprised me with your dedication and commitment and have become and extraordinary player. If basketball is truly what you love go for it because you have the potentials to make it far."
Hearing those words gave me the extra push to go for what I want, which is to:
1. Become a great athletic basketball player
2. Be recognized in high school and by colleges for my basketball techniques.
3. Follow my dream to do whatever it takes to become an NBA basketball player.
I understand the hard work I have to put in my classes to excel and provide an exceptional experience with my grades and put the same effort I put on the court into my classes but I accept the challenge and will push myself beyond the limits in my class work and on the court.
I'm ready to show that I Fabian Ramos has what is takes and I will break through any obstacles in my way.
