Hi coaches my name is Hassan Henderson. I am 13 years old in the 7th grade. I have many goals that I wish to achieve in college. One of the many goals that I hope to achieve before college is to graduate high school as an All-American academic and athletic individual. To be an All-American in Newark New Jersey will not only speak volumes about the individuality of that I have but it will also let people know that it doesn't matter what situation that you go through what matters is what you end up doing. once I step into a college campus my first goal is to meet the coaches and to sit down and have a conversation on what do I need to do in order to achieve the next level. The second goal is to try to eliminate all negativity and focus on all positivity and creativity in my life. the third goal is to Excel and not only basketball but to excel in My overall performance as an individual. what makes me a good candidate for a college team is that I have individuality and punctuality for all things. I'm a very team-oriented individual and love working together to achieve the same goal. a lot of my peers don't understand the work ethic in the qualities that you need in order for you to get a championship on NCAA title but me at a young age and learning from many different coaches allowed me to explore that in order to achieve maximum proficiency you must work together as a whole. there is no I in team there is always a Wii and without a Wii individual performances get overlooked and you are doomed to fail. what makes me different from any other people is that I've noticed things and pick up on a lot of things at a young age. what I mean by that is that I always want to improve and show Improvement I don't care how good of an NBA superstar or even high school or middle school student you are you should always want to improve. I strive for perfection and if I cannot achieve Perfection then I feel like I've not only failed myself but I failed everybody else around me. what Perfection means to me is to be great and what I do and allow my peers to feed off of my greatness. I am a leader and not a follower. I Inspire myself to become better than what they expect me to be and to allow me to achieve things that is told statistically that I am not able to do. I just want to be the best person that I can be in to be effective on all cylinders .
