My name is Ben Reichert my biggest goal/dream since I first started playing basketball and getting to love the sport was to play basketball at a high level. I feel that I am a good candidate for any team because I feel I bring a lot to the table including size but I also take a lot of pride in playing both sides of the floor when I am in a game coaches can always expect me to run both sides of the floor and have great speed/stamina for my size. I feel like I am different then most recruits because I work at maintaining solid speed I have ran Cross Country all three years of my high school career it helps me stay in shape for basketball alongside getting me faster and giving me more Endurance this allows me to bring high amounts of energy to a team. I also feel my character is always positive for the most part and trying to encourage teammates and lift them up is something my character brings to the team. I feel that I also grab a lot of rebounds and do some things that wont show up in the box score such as forcing guards to travel for Instance, when they drive and try to do a hesitation they expect me to jump but more often then not I am good about not leaving my feet so they panic and travel. I feel as if when I am on the court I am a scoring threat alongside a defensive threat more often then not because of my height I am able to draw double teams and find an open teammate for a high percentage shot. As far as academics go I would not say that I am a straight A student but in the classroom I always try as hard as I can and when I turn something in I always have the feeling of pride because I know I tried my best.
