UPDATE: March 2021, I last played basketball for the University of Antelope Valley starting August 2018. I am no longer at UAV and I am now attending California State University Northridge. Due to COVID I am not playing college basketball at the moment but I would like to play starting the 2021 season. I am looking for opportunities to play college basketball.
OLD NEWS, I regularly drive 5 hours round trip to fitness train at David Alexander's DBC Miami and then basketball train with Dwyane Wade's personal bball trainer. This past Spring Break instead of goofing off, I flew to California to train for a week at Dr. Marcus Elliott's P3 Peak Performance Project. I have an overall 3.53 GPA. Fall 2016 Dean's List and Spring 2017 Dean's List. Over my last offseason I trained with multiple NBA trainers in LA and Miami. I've also had the opportunity to meet guys like Lebron James, Brandon Knight, Tristen Thompson, and many other NBA players. I worked out at DBC fitness where Lebron James and Dwayne Wade's performance trainer trains in Miami Florida. I did 1 on 1 training with D. Wade's personal basketball trainer Stan Remy in Miami as well. I also have in the past trained with Steph Curry's main trainer Brandon Payne of Accelerate Basketball. I have also trained in the past in Myrtle Beach, SC with Drew Hanlen of Pure Sweat Basketball and his NBA pre draft players for the 2016 draft class. Drew Hanlen trains guys like Andrew Wiggins, Joel Embiid, Bradley Beal, Jason Taytum, Jordan Clarkson, Zach Lavine, Dwight Howard, Frank mason, David Lee and many other NBA players. I received my permission to contact letter from University of Tennessee at Martin. I am in my sophomore year of college at UT Martin and will be an incoming Junior at the end of this school year with 3 years left of eligibility to play. This summer I will continue my off season basketball training with Drew Hanlen of "Pure Sweat Basketball" and Brandon Payne of "Accelerate Basketball". I will continue my Performance training at Dr. Marcus Elliott's P3 Peak Performance in Santa Barbara California over Christmas break and at "DBC" in Miami Florida.
Past Activity: I have trained with Drew Hanlen of Puresweat Basketball, Brandon Payne of Accelerate Basketball, Micah Lancaster of Impossible Training, Justin Zormello, Johnny "Dribble2much Stephene, Dave Hopla the shooting coach for the Detroit Pistons and Pat "The Roc" Robinson. Almost all of my basketball training with them was one on one training not some type of group training. I have done fitness training with Jason Dubois the protege of DBC owner David Alexander. I attended "Mechanics of Squatting" with DBC trainer Donnie Raimon and "Principles of a Trainer with David Alexander. In July 2015 I attended a 2 week NBA/Collegiate camp at IMG Academy in Sarasota Florida. March 24, 2016 I completed Spire Institute Post Graduate Basketball Academy in Ohio. During one of my practice workouts at UT martin, I made 39 out of 41 college 3 pointers. Before Spire Institute I graduated high school from Southwest Florida Christian Academy June 2015.
Playing college basketball is a dream of mine. Ever since I was little, I loved basketball and the thought of playing in college. Basketball is extremely important to me but God is first. I am a Christian, I believe in Jesus Christ and I firmly believe in Phil 4:13. It says: "I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength." I believe that there is nothing I can't accomplish or achieve in life as long as God is in it. I want to play at the next level and work as hard as I can every day to help the team win and glorify God. I am very serious about my training. Heart and drive are not characteristics that can be measured like height and weight. I understand hard work and I am a leader in the locker room. I will be the first one on the court and the last one to leave. I don't believe in being mediocre. I am a dedicated student and basketball player. My High School was a private college prep school so academics are a priority to me. You will find me to be very coachable, I believe that in all aspects of life we need to always be improving. This is one of my favorite quotes by Henry Ford: "Whether you think you can or you think you can't -- you're right." I Strive to become better in all aspects of life every single day.
Coach if you chose to recruit me, you will find a basketball player that will want coaching and will want to be pushed to be the best that I can be because I constantly push myself too. I am self motivated and I make everyone around me better with my knowledge of training on the court and in the weight room. My NCAA clearinghouse ID is 1504167156.
