I started basketball at the age of 9 with a local program and fell in love with basketball from there. It became a passion of mine to play this game. I have been to numerous camps, consisting of University of Kentucky and Wittenberg University, to name a few, to learn and have a better skill set for the game. I have also played AAU outside of the regular season trying to be the best I can possibly be.
I work as hard in the classroom as I do on the court. I believe that the student comes first after the athlete and that is why I maintain a 3.8 GPA. My I.Q. in the classroom also helps me on the court. I see the floor in ways that my peers don't. I can anticipate a player's next move or pass. I can make the extra pass that other players can't see. I don't have to be the scorer, if a player is in a better scoring position than me. I put full trust in my teammates as well as myself. I enjoy the game of basketball and would love to play at the college level. I feel that I could be a huge contribution to a successful basketball team.
