Basketball has been my passion since I started playing in about kindergarten. I’ve always loved playing the sport and I’ve got better and better each year. Things I’ve learned about myself by playing basketball is to be strong mentally, when I wanted to quit when things get hard I learned to keep pushing.
Going to the state championship game as a freshman was one of my most memorable moments I’ve had with basketball. The season I had with my teammates was great and I’ve learned a lot from the seniors we had to prepare me for the rest of my high school career as well as college. I am looking for a college program that is a great fit for basketball and more importantly academics. I feel as though I am a good fit for any college team because I am coachable, I will sacrifice for the team, and I can balance school and sports.
