I’m Kaleb Long and I am a senior at McMinnville High. I wear numbers 22 and 2 and play shooting guard, small forward, and power forward. My love for basketball came at an early age, playing outside with my uncles in front of my grandma’s house. The passion and commitment came with the competition. I pride myself on my defensive abilities, aggressive rebounding skills, and willingness to put my body on the line to make a stop. I am told that I am always one of the hardest workers on the court by coaches and teammates. I put in a lot of work this off-season to improve my ball handling and shooting skills, by attending multiple camps and combines. In the classroom, I also show the same commitment. I take my academics seriously and have maintained a 3.9 GPA. My goal is to play basketball in college and pursue a degree/study in kinesiology or physical therapy.
