Personal Statement
I was in 3rd grade when i went to the local rec center to join there league. i never played or dribbled a basketball before. i did not do as good as a lot of the other kids and some even laughed. That made me determined to learn and get better. The next year i was playing in the Jr. spartans league and had surpassed many of those who laughed the prior year. My team made the playoffs and i was selected to the allstar and tournament team. That determination has carried with me as a quality i embrace and still embody today as i have rehabed and trained to overcome a fractured wrist that caused me to miss my sophomore season. I am currently thriving on my AAU team. That quality is why i feel i can succeed in any situation. I strive to be a complete all around player offense, defense,rebounding, passing and team leader. Looking to have stellar junior and senior seasons and to compete at the college level.
