Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Derek Rios, I'm from the Carolina country club, and my goals are to have a good future, either in basketball or in school. I'm very dedicated to basketball. I get good grades. I'm good at point guard, as well as small forward, and I can help a lot. On the team, it's just that no one has given me that opportunity. I'm not different, I'm the same as everyone who wants an opportunity to have a better future and I do play basketball very well and I'm pretty good at math and in other classes.
