Isaiah Clayborn '19 Recruiting Profile

I fell in love with the game of basketball at 5 years old and I haven’t stopped playing since.  Basketball has played a major role in my life. It’s always been my dream to be a collegiate basketball player, and possibly play in the NBA. I’m a team player; I get along with others easily and can adapt well to whatever role the team needs me to play.  I’m also very physical. Thanks to playing football I’m not afraid to get tough in the paint and really fight for the ball. I’ve always been commended for my defense. That’s been the best part of my game. I’m always willing to accept and act on constructive criticism. I’m always looking for ways to improve my game. With respect to my academics, I’ve kept my grades at an A average consistently throughout middle and high school. My future plans include computer science, math, dance and whatever else sports might bring.  My future is incredibly important to me.  I am ready to get started.
