Kaleb Hockless '14 Recruiting Profile

Hello, I am a 6’2” 165 lb guard.  I am currently a Senior (C/O 2014) at Robert E. Lee High School in Baytown, TX.  I have played and started on the Varsity level since my Sophomore year.  I also have 6 yrs of experience playing club basketball for the Baytown Bobcats.  I have received All-District Honors my three years on Varsity including being unanimously chosen for First Team All-District my Senior year.  Because of my passing and ball handling ability, in addition to creating my own shot, I have played both the point guard and shooting guard positions.  I'm not partial to either position but would like to play the position that helps a team the most.  I feel that the experience of playing both guard positions would help me at the next level and benefit a collegiate team.

I am currently in the top 20% of my graduating class with a 3.51/4.0 GPA.  I was selected and represented my High School at the American Legion Boys State (TX).  Continuing my education after High School is very important to me.  My goal is to continue to play basketball at the collegiate level while earning a degree.   Therefore, I am open to playing at a school on any level with a good academic record to be able to achieve my goals.
