My name is Kamden McGilveary, I am from Fort Worth, TX, and I am proud to be a part of class of 2026.
Going to college and playing basketball at the next level is a goal I have set for myself. When thinking about what going to college means, I think about meeting new people from across the United States and learning how to be a young adult on my own and what to expect from my college coaches and teammates.
I am a great candidate for your basketball program because I have the heart and dedication each time I step on the court. I am a leader, to my teammates and I am a team player. On the basketball court, I learn the plays, I ensure my teammates hear me call the plays, I see each play through to for my teammates or myself to score. What sets me apart from athletes would be my experience playing basketball on different levels and learning from many top coaches. I desire to be a better person each day. I love game, and I will earn every possession. I look forward to a college visit to learn more about your basketball program, in addition to learning where I can be an asset to help the team.
