I became interested in basketball in fourth grade because I played at my old school team, and I has success with older boy because of my size. A detail that has shaped my life is that throughout my 4th & 5th grade seasons I played with and against 5th & 6th graders, and my 6th grade year I played with and against 7th & 8th graders. Always playing against older boys has made me better. Throughout my years of playing on a team I’ve have learned that I can contribute to any team and be someone that others like to be around. Academically I would like to graduate on the National Honors Society and excel in my GT classes. I have had to overcome a knee condition during 2018 and work hard to get back in shape to play again after the prolonged inactivity. I have good footwork and agility for my size, but I need to improve my quickness and defensive agility. I have strength to go with my body mass for my age which I feel is a unique characteristic I have and also the ability to gel with a team fairly quickly.
