Hi my name is Mason Hornburg. I am a high school class of 2026 shooting guard with elite handles and finishing. I am 6’ and still growing. My GPA is 3.75 and I have a great work ethic on and off the court. I would be a good candidate for any college basketball team because I have the gift of being a natural leader and a great learner. I have played in multiple tournaments over the years and play AAU ball as well. I have attended college ID camps and also train with a college coach who has coached at the D1 level and is currently a D2 coach.
I can benefit college programs with my basketball skills and being a leader to my teammates. What makes me stand out from the others is my will to learn, a desire to be the best that I can be and my athletic abilities. Colleges should be interested in me because I can make a big difference to a future of a team as a team player, encourager and good supporter to my team mates. I talk on the court and have great communication skills and I am very coachable. I am a great bench player with an encouraging attitude. I have a great work ethic because even when I may not want to work (Go to clinics, train, go to camps, do assignments, etc…), I still do it with a positive attitude. I know that greatness is made in the practice, not necessarily in the game. My goal is to practice so hard that I never lose.
Thank you for your consideration,
Mason Hornburg
