The main focus for wanting to play college basketball is because of the competition that I believe it will provide. When it comes to basketball I am very, very competitive, and while winning is very important to me, and I'll do anything for my team to make sure my team succeeds, competition is my main focus. I want to go up against good competition so that I can not only test my limits, but also continue to get better and better. By the end of my career, no matter where it ends, I not only want to say that I went up against great competition, but I also want to be able to know what my best was. Now I know that my resume isn't the best to prove my competitive spirit. After all, I play for a very small school, and our greatest achievements aren't anything compared to a lot of other schools; however, I am just looking for the chance to play basketball beyond high school, so that I can find that great competition I'm seeking, and know that at the end of the day, my high school career isn't what defines my basketball career.
