Personal Statement

Basketball has been my passion since I took my first steps. Growing up in an athletic family, we have always been involved in competitive sports.  My father has been my role mode and always pushes me to be the best that I can be.  All of our free time was spent working together to perfect my skills and help me become the great player I am today. Since then, my goal has been to play at the collegiate level.

I have elite ball handling skills, extremely high basketball IQ and a committed work ethic that compliments my exceptional passing skills. As a point guard, I take great pride in being a team player and creating opportunities for my teammates to score. As a leader, I always try to lead by example while also inspiring my teammates to give their all. I am very coachable and have assisted my coaches by leading practices and reviewing game strategies.

I have a strong desire to attend a University where I can push myself in the classroom and on the basketball court.  At the same time, I am looking for a basketball program and coach that believes in me and can elevate me to the next level.
