Richard Brooks '22 Recruiting Profile

Being a son of a professional basketball Coach in Europe I have always had high expectations on my sports and especially my grades. Growing up in Europe my first fourteen years I was fortunate to play on National Championship teams in Slovak Republic and Luxembourg where I was selected MVP ,All-Star and was the leading scorer in the country three years consecutively.I also have had Straight A's since the first grade until now.

My goal in College is first to receive a scholarship for both Basketball and Academics and to graduate with a Masters Degree in four years. My goals in Basketball is to compete for a starting spot on very good team so I can return to Europe after graduating and play on the Slovak Men's National Team and play professional basketball in Europe .When I am finished playing basketball I would love to return to the United States where I would have an opportunity to use my degree to find my dream job .
