Kyle Sandler '23 Recruiting Profile

I’m a 6'7”, 210 lb. combo guard/swingman that played for Regis Jesuit High School in Aurora, CO in 2021/2022 and currently play for the #1 ranked Post Graduate team in the Nation at Hargrave Military Academy (26-0 at the time of this writing). I finished high school with a GPA of 3.82 and completed my first semester at Hargrave with a 4.4 GPA, including three college level courses from Richard Bland University (a division of William and Mary).  I have proven that I can play at the highest level while at Hargrave and look forward to moving on to a high-level college basketball program that runs a system that values cerebral players who can shoot and allows their playmakers to make plays for themselves, as well as others. On the court, I always believe that I'm the best shooter in the gym and have a quick trigger from beyond the arc. I shot approximately 42% from three point range over the first half of the season. Beyond that, I believe that I am a playmaker (particularly passing) that makes players around him better.  Defensively, I have the ability to guard multiple positions and am a smart, willing help defender that has the strength, tenacity, lateral quickness and smarts to guard any position.  Lastly, I view myself as a leader who gives 100% effort at all times because I'm extremely competitive and love the game. Thus, I will always be willing to fight through injuries and play under any condition unless I'm forced to shut it down.
