My collegiate goals is to complete a degree majoring in Business and minoring in Marine Biology while playing Basketball. My hope is to own and operate a seafood distributing company. As a student athlete I make it a priority to maintain an academic track taking advanced classes with the goal of completing an advanced diploma. Math and Science classes have been my core and elective classes. As a student I have maintained over a 3.0 varying from a 3.4 to a 4.25 at times in my high school Career. My current GPA is a 3.45.
Through discipline, perseverance and hard work I put all my efforts into each and every task I approach. My self discipline is evident through my performance. I display self-discipline by working during season and during the off season by improving my body strength and my skill level. I persevere through difficult situations, I want the ball with 2 seconds left and down by two. That is my favorite time to have the ball. I work hard in life and in basketball. During the summer I wake up at 5:45 a.m. and crab 300 crab pots before most people even wake up. Working the water has made me strong physically and mentally.
I stand out from other athletes because my work ethic is incomparable to the others in the area of my personal goals. Athletically, academically and personally I will not stop until I accomplish what life has in store for me.
