Hello,,
I’m Dallas Wheeler ,
all my life I have worked on my skill set, conditioning , footwork & IQ ,,,,, I have played High level travel ball since I was 8,,,I may not have started in the early years ,,but I worked hard and continued to improve my basketball IQ. And the experience dealing with tough comp , traveling to different venues & that 1st sense of being a teammate & the love I grew to have for those early travel ball teammates/coaches will always be special to me as well as drive me to find it again at each level
I do not play other sports,,I love basketball ,,I always have. I have been very careful not to wear myself out when I’m sore I rest , stretch & ice often
-I probably need to drink more water ,,I work on my skill set a lot & lately I have really noticed being able to jump much higher as I can now grab rim ,,my height has shot up (5’10” ,just turned 14) & im much stronger overall All this makes my hard work seem so worthwhile & I find it very motivating as I continue to work and improve my basketball skill set & IQ.
On my WCA Bulldog middle school team this year I started & was a team captain. We worked hard and played together to go undefeated in our conference .
—I will continue to focus on basketball as I plan to excel at the college level. My academics are at an honor roll level ,,& I am getting better at balancing my studies & basketball ,, my family demands the books come first , & I really do look forward to getting my families 1st 4yr college degree ,,this goal is very important to me. I plan to use my love of basketball to make that happen.
i plan to play professionally somewhere after college ,,if not the NBA then overseas ,,then possibly I will become a lawyer.
I consider myself of good strong character,, I have always been taught to be aware of the dangers of four vices -drugs, alcohol, gambling & women. This along with my faith & Christianity i believe will make me an incredibly good prospect for any college program after high school.
Thank you in advance for considering me
-Dallas Mykal Wheeler

Hello,
Just an update,, I made my schools JV team
& we are having a good year so far , we have learned something about ourselves every game & I think we will only get better from here, our current record is 4-4.
I’m not afraid to admit I’ve had a little trouble adjusting to this new level,, but I have recently been much more confident offensively,, very happy with my defense & my rebounding is improving very fast as I get used to picking up the right person to box out FASTER.
I also wanted to add that my dad is a JUCO women’s basketball coach & I go and help him and work with “his ladies” all the time & I know this helps me get better too.
fyi —I had to get new size 13 shoes in Nov18 because my size 12s I got in March18 were too little.
😊Thanks for looking 👀
