My collegiate goals and aspirations are to help the team become the best version of ourselves. Not getting ourselves so worked up about beatings teams to only lose sight of ourselves. But to get to know each other strengths and weakness for us to come together as a unit to win a championship. Knowing what we are capable as individuals will help us as a team. If winning a championship is not one of your main goals as a team. Why are you truly playing basketball. I know winning isn't everything but definitely plays important role on and off the court. Some personally goals are to build my confident even more on the court. Being confident in myself, teammates and my coaches on and off the court. Building that chemistry together as a family and a brotherhood. Knowing from the players to the coaches we can count on each other for help when we need it the most.
What makes me a good candidate for your team that I am one highly motivated player. I have also played against high level talent and showed up. I strive to be the best version of myself on and off the court. My work ethic is truly match or very competitive. I will stay in the gym all day if I feel I haven't got better or improve. But every time I'm in the gym I strive to leave out a better player than when I came in. And only if that time being in the gym is for a hour or 4 hours. I do as much as possible to get better from my ball handling, passing, shooting, rebounding and defense. I am in the gym all week from Monday through Sunday every week. The grind doesn't stop for a person like me. What makes me different for the other recruits is that I truly play the game mentally and not physically. Where some player relieve heavily on the physically aspect of the game I can use both. Mentally to beat them in the long run while physically finishing them at the end of the game. My character plays a big part in who I am today. Through my basketball career I have been told that I wasn't good enough from my very own coach, teammates, family and friends. But I never quit I never gave up. I stayed in the gym and improve on my game. I truly see my game evolving and so are my teammates and coaches. If you have someone like me on any team it will force the people around me to have the same mindset.
